Device installation
Our technician installs a small device next to the garage door and connects it to one of the community's existing remotes. The control panel or door motor is not modified: everything continues to work as before.
Community and user registration
We register your community on the PuertApp platform. The administrator (president, property manager, etc.) can create users for neighbors, define who can open each door and revoke access immediately when necessary.
Daily use
Each neighbor downloads the app or enters from their browser and can open the garage with a touch on their mobile, request access if they don't have it yet, and use PuertApp as a complement to their usual remote.

No. You should not share access with family or services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). If needed, the user can open the door remotely or request a new user to be created. Everything is recorded for greater peace of mind for the community.
Yes. PuertApp includes Bluetooth opening when you are near the door and have no connection, common in basements. The command is validated with secure rotating credentials, so opening without Internet is still secure.
No. We connect to an existing community remote without touching the motor or the control panel. The installation is clean, quick and reversible.

Yes. PuertApp includes a home-screen widget, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and Siri shortcuts, so you can open without unlocking your phone.
Registration is by invitation: the community administrator invites the resident by email. This keeps control over who has access in the community's hands at all times.
Yes. Permissions are assigned per door and per user, so each resident can only open the doors they are entitled to.
Yes. Every opening is logged with the user, date and time, and result. The administrator reviews this history from the panel, something impossible with traditional remotes, which are anonymous.
Communications travel encrypted with AES-256 and TLS over AWS infrastructure, with high availability (99.9%). PuertApp is designed to comply with GDPR: it only stores essential data and for the minimum time necessary.
You can cancel the service whenever you want. The community simply stops paying the subscription and goes back to using only its physical remotes. The installed device is removed according to what was agreed in the contract.
